There is no standard number of hours; we work until everything is done. Ideally, most applications are completed by December 1st. How good does that sound? It’s not actually difficult to make that a reality if we get started during junior year. In a perfect world, students begin working with me the summer before junior year so we can get started on college research and break our meetings into manageable pieces. Obviously, not everyone is on the same timeline; I can start with families earlier and later but getting started earlier alleviates a lot of stress. My program covers all the work associated with up to eight applications to schools in the United States. Since I work with many California kids, please note that UC’s and CSU’s each count as one application. The only items I don’t cover are filling out financial aid forms and finding outside scholarships.

Athletic recruiting and film school applications (feel free to ask me about my entertainment industry bona fides - I have great stories too…) are an additional supplement.
Additional Services
Hourly Packages
Not everyone is looking for the full program so 3- hour packages are available. With these packages, I work as a consultant rather than managing the process. Those hours can be used however your family wants, but I don’t provide work outside of those meetings. Package does not include essays, but an essay package can be bundled with an hourly package.
UC/CSU Package
Package covers brainstorming, outlining, and editing of the four required UC personal insight essays, assistance with activity descriptions, strategizing major selection, and guidance on the applications. Each essay will have two rounds of edits and final grammar polish. Every essay will have the benefit of a second editor reviewing the final draft.
Common Application Personal Statement Package
Package covers brainstorming, outlining, and editing of the main essay for the Common App. Essay will have two rounds of edits and a final grammar polish. Every essay will have the benefit of a second editor reviewing the final draft.
